Mr. Michael J. Geddes Obituary (1963

ROCKLAND- Michael J. Geddes, 54, of Rockland, MA originally from Dorchester, passed away peacefully, on April 13, 2018, surrounded by loved ones. Michael was a funny, charismatic, and hardworking larger than life man. A professional in his drywall career, but also a jack of all trades, and you could say the real life “MacGyver” because he would always think of something clever to solve a problem. He could fit in with any crowd and would always look out for those in need. He adored his children, spending time with his honey, and was also a big lover of food, music, and his friends and family. Predeceased by his dear mother, Juanita Geddes and father of his heart, Harry Ryan. Survived by his father, Bing (Frederick) Geddes. Also his loving longtime girlfriend, Laura Hunt. Proud and devoted father to Deanna and Michael Geddes; Doting grandfather to Joelle, Ella, and Noah; also survived by the mother to his children, Karen Geddes; beloved brother to Kelli Flashner, Ronnie Geddes, Myles Geddes, and the late Robin Geddes. He will be greatly missed by his many nieces, nephews, friends, and family. Relatives and friends are invited to attend a memorial visitation on Saturday, April 28th from 1:00 - 4:00 p.m. in the McHoul Family Funeral Home, 354 Adams Street, Dorchester, MA 02122
