Mrs. Margaret S. Thomes Obituary (1926

THOMES - Margaret S. (White), 90, of Dorchester, passed away peacefully in her sleep on January 13, 2017. A superlative mother and homemaker, Margaret was an excellent cook and enjoyed preparing meals for her family and friends. She dressed with consummate elegance and was gifted in dance. Margaret was the devoted wife of the late James E. Thomes and beloved mother of Sharon, James and his wife Virginia, Jerry and his fiancée Elia Flavey, and the late Richard J. and Debra S. Thomes; as well as the proud grandmother and great grandmother of several. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, Jan. 17 from 5-8 pm in the McHoul Family Funeral Home, 354 Adams Street, Dorchester. A private funeral service will held on Wednesday.
