Karen J. Kaplan

Karen J. Kaplan, 52, of Boston, passed away Wednesday, September 16, 2015 in New Bedford, MA.

She was the wife of Michael Morrissey.

Born January 14, 1963 in Boston, she was a daughter of the late George R. Kaplan and Brenda DeRosa.

She is survived her children, Michael C. Morrissey Jr., Richard J. Mason and Robert J. Mason; sisters, Stephanie Stetson of Boston, Natalie McMahon & her husband John of Roslindale, Rena DeRienzo and her husband Anthony of Billerica; brother, Keith Kaplan and his wife Era of Roslindale, one grandson, and many nieces & nephews

She was the mother of the late Ryan Morrissey and sister of the late Ronnie Kaplan.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Memorial Visitation on Saturday, September 26, 2015 from 2-4PM in the McHoul Family Funeral Home, 354 Adams St., Dorchester.
